Next we book in a 60-90 minute on-boarding session where I go through my structured set of questions that are designed to give me complete insight into your business, your goals, past and current marketing activity, and more.
After our on-boarding meeting I will prepare your customized Marketing Action Plan. This is a punchy, no fluff guide to the series of marketing activities that we need to put in place to help you achieve your goals. The plan is delivered to you in a 1:1 meeting, where I will go through each part of the plan to make sure you understand, and are on board with the direction we’re heading in.
After your Marketing Action Plan has been delivered to you, you’ve got a couple of choices!
You can engage NFM Agency on a monthly marketing management package to assist with the rollout of your Action Plan.
We’ll partner with you on your marketing, and get the action underway!
You can also choose to take your NFM Action Plan and roll it out yourself. It’s written in easy-to-understand language without the ‘fluff’.
