In any coaching session, we get started by identifying the most important thing upfront: Your goals.
Your goals might be based around a specific revenue target, or number of staff you wish to employ, or for a lot of people it’s simply “I want you to help check that I’m on the right track”.
Once I understand your all-important goals, it gives us a direction to head in. From there we can together review your current marketing activity using the right lens.
